  2. Watch an inspirational movie or TV show
  3. Go for a walk
  4. Call a good friend
  5. Write a quick note to someone who is lonely
  6. Listen to some upbeat music
  7. Tackle a job you’ve been putting off
  8. Do a good deed – anonymously
  9. Forgive someone who has offended you
  10. Pour out your soul to your Father in Heaven (talk with Him as you would your best friend!)  🙂
